We aim to dispatch all in stock items ordered before 1pm on the same day, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).
It might not always be possible due to workload and weather. We always try our best, and sometimes will even ship orders up to 3pm the same day.
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email. These may get lost in your Spam/Junk folder, but will be there if you look (so long as you’ve provided the correct email address).

UK
Shipped from our local Post Office, using either Tracked 48, Tracked 24, or Special Delivery. If you require tracking, please reply to your order confirmation and we will forward this to you once available. Our system does not autogenerate tracking numbers because we purchase our postage over the counter.
International
Shipped from our local Post Office via Royal Mail. The cost for this is shown in the checkout before purchase. You will receive tracking details when your order leaves. Export orders do not get charged VAT (UK sales tax) – saving you 20% vs standard prices. You could be liable for duty when the item arrives in your country. Please check locally with the relevant authorities if you are concerned about this.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend you used a signed for or tracked method of postage.
Your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you have a cat/dog/hamster/fluffy pet, please ensure the items are free of pet hair or your items will be returned to you. If the items show signs of wear or are not in perfect condition, they will be returned to you. Washing, ironing, wearing “around the house for a day to check” is not cool – don’t do it.
In short, if you would like a full, no quibble refund, please return your item to us in a new and unused state, folded neatly as you received it. Do not screw it up and drop-kick it into the parcel. Our garments are made with care so please be respectful.
We are a very small company so process all returns and exchanges on Tuesday and Wednesdays. Your parcel may display that it has been delivered, but it may take a few more days before it is process. Please bear with us.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Bespoke items such as custom hemmed trousers
- Items purchased from TILI (Take It Or Leave It)
Christmas returns
We will accept Christmas gifts back for exchange/credit note until 14th January.
Exchanges
If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend you used a signed for or tracked method of post. We will cover the UK shipping cost to return the exchange to you. For overseas orders please contact us first.
